Affordable Mobility Van Rentals

We recommend calling as soon as you get your appointment or travel date to reserve the van or at least a week before to ensure a van is available. When calling to reserve, we will need your name, phone number, and the date when you want to reserve. Upon picking up the rental van, we will need a copy of your driver’s license and insurance, and we’ll go over the rental contract.

The driver will be given a demonstration on how to use the mobility van equipment. This is to ensure the safe and proper use of the vehicle. Upon returning, the keys must be surrendered to the front desk. If it is returned after hours, there is a drop box for the keys.

Scooter and wheelchair rentals are available if passengers or drivers need them. We offer a weekend discount as well as other discounts for longer rental periods whether weekly or monthly.
