To make our mobility van rental process easier for you, here’s what you need to know, along with some helpful tips:

• To ensure van availability, it’s best to reserve a van at least a week before your appointment or travel date. We recommend calling as soon as your plans are final.
• To rent a mobility van, we will need your name, phone number, and the target reservation date.
• Upon vehicle pickup, please provide a copy of your driver’s license and insurance, and we’ll go over the rental contract with you.
• To ensure the safe and proper use of the mobility van equipment, the driver will be given a demonstration before the vehicle is released.
• Upon return, the keys must be surrendered to the front desk. If it is after hours, a drop box is available for the keys.
• Scooter and wheelchair rentals are also available if passengers or drivers need them.
